Maite Health Food Shop keeps the right to modify the products, prices of products, selling conditions, offers and services that are offered in this website at any time.

We endeavour to offer truthful and rigorous information in this website. If for any reason we realise that we have made any typographical mistake in the description of some products or in their price, we will proceed immediately to their correction. If for any reason any customer had included in their order a product with a typographical error, we will proceed to inform the customer about the error and the customer will have the opportunity to cancel their order without any cost on their side.

SHIPPING COST

Every page in this website has a menu on their left side where there is an option called "Shipping". When the order is finished, it is essential to click on that icon. This icon will lead to a menu with options where it will be chosen the desired option for every case. If the customer is not clear, once finished the order, they can contact us and we will inform them of the best option for the specific case.

OUT OF STOCK

In the case that some product that has been order is out of stock, Maite Health Food Shop commits itself to warn the customer about the delay that its order will undergo. If the customer does not wish to wait, the order can be cancelled and the paid amount will be returned with no cost for the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Maite Health Food Shop endeavours to offer its customers the best products in the market with the maximum possible quality. For this reason we work with important commercial brands.
When the customer receives its product, this can be returned for the following reasons:

Satisfaction compromise. If when the order is received the customer is not satisfied with it, there is a period of 14 days to make use of the right of return. Maite Health Food Shop will check the returned product and if the product is in perfect conditions we will proceed to reimburse the customer.

Faulty product. If in the order received the customer sees that there is a faulty product, Maite Health Food Shop commits itself to replace it for the same product in perfect condition with no additional cost for the customer. In this case, the customer will have to ship the faulty product to: C/ Teodor González, 15 43500 Tortosa (Tarragona). The customer will only pay once the shipping cost.

Wrong product. If the customer had not ordered a product that arrives with the order, the product will be returned, if the customer does not agree, without any shipping cost for the customer.

The products keep the original seal. Products without their original seal will not be able to be returned.

The returned product is properly packed and all the accessories that were sent originally are included.
